Barely Normal is an independent online retailer based in Florida, United States.

Compatibility, not affiliation

We are not affiliated with, authorized by, sponsored by, or endorsed by any vehicle or equipment manufacturer. Brand and model names, including Sur-Ron, Talaria, Altis, Segway, E-Ride Pro and Rad Power Bikes, are used solely to describe compatibility. Parts sold here are aftermarket unless a listing explicitly says otherwise. Fitting an aftermarket part may affect your manufacturer warranty; that is between you and your manufacturer.

Specifications

Most products are shipped by partner suppliers, and the specifications, compatibility lists and descriptions on those listings are the supplier's statements. We publish them as listed and do not independently verify them unless a listing says so. Where we do not know something, the page says so rather than guessing. If an item does not match its listing, tell us. We will correct the page, and the return is on us, as set out in our Refund policy.

Assumption of risk

Many items sold here are for off-road use and fit vehicles capable of speed. You are responsible for installing parts correctly, torquing fasteners to your manufacturer specification, bedding in brakes before relying on them, and knowing the laws that apply where you ride. Electric off-road motorcycles are not street legal in most of the United States. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the item.

No lithium cells or battery packs

We do not sell lithium cells, battery packs, or products containing them, and we will not source them to order. That is a deliberate decision about fire risk and hazmat shipping, not an oversight.

Export-controlled goods

Thermal imaging and certain optical and measurement equipment is subject to United States export control law, including ECCN 6A003. Where a listing says so, we ship to United States addresses only, we do not ship to freight forwarders, and orders routed to one are cancelled and refunded. We screen orders against United States denied-party lists. Reselling or re-exporting these goods outside the United States may be a federal crime. By ordering, you confirm you are the end user and will not re-export.

Pricing and availability

Prices are in US dollars and may change without notice. Items showing Sold out are listings we have published but cannot currently ship. We would rather show you what we intend to carry than hide an empty shop. If a pricing or availability error affects your order we will contact you and refund in full rather than ship something we misdescribed.
